This publication was produced in 2023 by Cultural Heritage Research Services, Inc. (CHRS, Inc.), of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Section 106 Memorandum of Agreement among the Federal Railroad Administration, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, and the New Jersey Historic Preservation Office Regarding the Amtrak Passaic Towers Replacement Project in the City of Newark, Essex County and the Town of Kearny, Hudson County, New Jersey.
